An Industrial Build That Balances Function and Form

DESIGN: Lola Construction Management

LCM was hired by the building owner to deliver a solution that optimized interior usability while contributing to a long-term, low-maintenance investment. The result: a concrete tilt-up panel building offering strong thermal efficiency and lasting durability.

Instead of defaulting to a plain industrial box, the design incorporated geometric detailing and patterned precast elements to add visual interest. Even utility components—like stair railings—were considered part of the overall aesthetic, proving that industrial doesn’t have to mean uninspired.
