With the building’s exterior beyond its useful life, the owner engaged 2 Architecture to redesign the façade and brought in LCM to carry out the renovation. The result was a refreshed commercial exterior that extended the life of the asset, supported lease renewals, and helped attract new tenants to previously vacant spaces.
