To mark its 100-year anniversary, Niakwa Country Club set out to renew its clubhouse in a way that honoured its legacy and enhanced the member experience. The design called for a refined, modernized space that respected the character of the original facility.

LCM was brought in early to collaborate with the ownership group and their architect. Working as a team, we aligned the design vision with construction realities—developing a clear path forward that maintained both intent and efficiency. The result was a beautifully updated clubhouse, delivered on time and on budget, and warmly received by the club’s membership.
